Alors qu'il se promène dans la montagne, Migo, un jeune yéti, tombe nez à nez avec un être humain, un pilote qui a survécu au crash de son avion. Bouleversé, il raconte son aventure aux membres de sa communauté. Personne ne le croit : «les petits pieds», surnom donné aux humains, n'existent pas. Heureusement, Meechee, Kolka et d'autres jeunes de son âge lui font confiance. Leurs théories farfelues, trouver des informations sur les êtres humains sur un rouleau de papier toilette, poussent Migo à mener lui-même son enquête. Il saute de la montagne et tombe sur Percy, un jeune homme qui ne peut se séparer de son téléphone portable...
